In Dmitrov (Moscow region) the Multifunction center of providing the public and municipal services to the population, on a technology platform of Optima-WorkFlow is started, the collaborator of the project regarding implementation of automated information system of MFC, structural division of the Optima Group - Optima Software company reported on February 20, 2013.

Solution

For service of citizens in MFC of Dmitrov 21 windows function. The services in the Center are rendered by the following organizations and federal territorial services: Rosreestr, BTI, Federal Migration Service, Federal Tax Service, Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Social insurance fund, Archives department of department of education, Management of ZAGS, Management of accounting of privatization of housing and subsidies, Department of architecture and town planning and others.
