Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation using the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff" software product in the Centralized Accounting No. 5 of Irkutsk.

Description

The centralized accounting No. 5 on ensuring activity of municipal educational institutions of Irkutsk made the decision to automate personnel and accounting. Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company implemented (BIT) in organization software "1C: Payroll and Budget institution staff 8". The purpose of implementation of the program was process automation of payroll calculation and preparation of reporting documentation. Implementation stages: 1) Input of charges for schools and kindergartens. Charges were entered using calculation formulas so that users did not enter any charge a fixed amount, whenever possible all calculations of salary were conducted automatically; 2) Setup, completion of printed forms and reports under specifics of organizations.

After implementation of software of 16 employees of organization took a course "Calculation of salary in 1C: ZEKE BU 8" for more productive work in the program.

The Centralized Accounting No. 5 municipal authority on ensuring activity of municipal educational institutions of Irkutsk is engaged salary accrual for 52 budget organizations of the city and money transfer on plastic cards of staff of organizations. Timely calculation and payment of remuneration for work more than 2500 employees of child care educational institutions of the city depends on work of the Central Bank No. 5. For the purpose of increase in level of automation of work of accounting, an exception of errors in calculations and a possibility of obtaining automatically created reports for funds and the tax inspection we made the decision on application of programs based on "1C:Enterprise 8": "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" programs, "1C: The chronograph Tariffing for the accountant" and "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8". The Irkutsk branch of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which specialists have all necessary competences in the field of automation of budgetary institutions became our partner in automation. HR records and payroll were completely automated using the software products "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" and "by 1C: The chronograph Tariffing for the accountant". 15 jobs are automated. As a result of implementation of software products the following results were received:

• Time for payroll calculations was reduced;
• The quantity of errors was reduced;
• Automatically the average salary for calculation of a vacation pay, hospital is calculated;
• Report generation for any period;
• Possibility of viewing data sampling;
• Formation and unloading of reports in tax and funds.

Specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) revised the program taking into account specifics and requirements of our organization, configured the program for correct work of users. Besides, user training was provided. For automation of accounting and submission of reports the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program was purchased. At this stage of implementation specialists of BIT perform data transfer from earlier used program. Implementation is going to finish in January, 2012 11 employees ЦБ№5 completed a training course in work in the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program in the authorized training center of BIT company. Specialists of BIT perform support of software products, render consulting services.
