Description

In Municipal educational institution high comprehensive school No. 18 of the city of Irkutsk was implemented by specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) the "1C: Payroll and Budget institution staff 8" program. Automation of payroll and personnel records was the purpose of implementation.

Software gave the chance:

• Calculate salaries on NSOT for employees;
• Calculate obligatory taxes and contributions on wage fund;
• Reflect the accrued payroll and taxes in expenses of the organization;
• Control settlings with employees, including deposition;
• Keep personnel records and analyze the list of employees;
• Automate personnel office-work;
• Manage workforce recruiting.

Use of the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" program also gave the chance to lower labor costs on accomplishment of standard transactions. Now employees can find more time for the analysis of the HR policy of the enterprise that increases quality of work of the personnel department and department which is engaged in payroll calculation.

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) installed the program, performed all initial tunings. The employee MOE SOSH school No. 18 completed a training course on work in the program and the authorized Training Center of BIT company. Here it is possible to prepare the reporting of the Social Insurance Fund, RPF, Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund. It is very convenient that the program can be used in the network version. My notes are that, some charges are not configured, for example payment to young specialists.
