MOE SOSH No. 29 (1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8)

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation using the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff" software product in MOE SOSH No. 29.

Description

In MOE SOSH No. 29 of Irkutsk specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) implemented software "1C: Payroll and Budget institution staff 8". Automation of payroll and personnel records was the purpose of implementation.

The set software solution gave the chance:

• Calculate salaries on NSOT for employees;
• Calculate obligatory taxes and contributions on wage fund;
• Reflect the accrued payroll and taxes in expenses of the organization;
• Control settlings with employees, including deposition;
• Keep personnel records and analyze the list of employees;
• Automate personnel office-work;
• Manage workforce recruiting.

Specialists of BIT company performed data transfer from "1C: Zarpata and personnel 7.7". Use of software "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" also gave the chance to lower labor costs on accomplishment of standard transactions. Now employees can find more time for the analysis of the HR policy of the enterprise that increases quality of work of the personnel department and department which is engaged in payroll calculation. At the moment at school together with "1C: Payroll and the personnel 7.7" is used the software product "by 1C: The chronograph Tariffing for the Accountant" for complex automation of tariff documentation. Specialists of BIT company perform support of this program and advise the staff of school concerning work in it.

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) installed the new program "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8", performed all initial tunings, transferred data from "1C: Payroll and the personnel 7.7". The employee MOE SOSH school No. 29 completed a training course on work in the program and the authorized Training Center of BIT company. Permanent support of software products is at the moment conducted.
