Russian River Register (1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8)

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation using the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff" software product in FAU "Russian River Register".

The Following Functions Were Automated:

• Personnel management and personnel records (HRM)
• Personnel records
• Payroll calculation
• The regulated reporting

Maintenance:

• Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
• Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
• Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

• Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
• Sale of the selected software products
• Delivery of software products in office of the customer
• Software installation on the customer's computers
• Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting

Customer Feedback

The Russian River Register is the federal autonomous institution of classification of courts which is under authority of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. Lake Baikal, the Irkutsk, Brotherly and Ust-Ilimsk water reservoirs, the Angara River, Selenga treat Vostochno – the Siberian branch of the Russian River Register. For automation of conducting accounting and personnel records and also payroll of employees we purchased software products on the modern platform "1C:Enterprise 8". The partner in automation we selected 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT), Irkutsk which has wide experience on automation of budget institutions of the Irkutsk region. For automation of accounting in 1 workplace the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program was installed, the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" program using which conducting personnel records and payroll to the staff of our organization was automated was also installed. Specialists of BIT performed setup of programs under specifics of accounting in our organization. Also consultations on work with software products were held. The implemented programs allow to automate conducting accounting, personnel records and payroll. Automated systems allowed to reduce labor costs of our employees and to automatically prepare the regulated reporting. We are happy with results of the carried-out automation as we received modern and effective tools for accounting, and payroll of staff of organization. Now the staff of BIT performs support of the software product.
