Directorate on preparation for flooding of a bed of a water reservoir of Boguchansky hydroelectric power station

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation using the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff" software product in Regional state governmental agency "Directorate on Preparation for Flooding of a Bed of a Water Reservoir of Boguchansky Hydroelectric Power Station".

The Following Functions Were Automated:

• Personnel management and personnel records (HRM)
• Personnel records
• Payroll calculation
• The regulated reporting

Maintenance:

• Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
• Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
• Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

• Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
• Sale of the selected software products
• Delivery of software products in office of the customer
• Software installation on the customer's computers

The regional state governmental agency "Directorate on Preparation for Flooding of a Bed of a Water Reservoir of Boguchansky Hydroelectric Power Station", organization is created for ensuring implementation in the Angara region of investment projects, the organizations and managements of works connected with preparation for flooding of a bed of a water reservoir of BOGES. In particular – construction of facilities, the investment projects providing implementation, development of the design estimates, participation in shared-equity construction of apartment houses, acquisition of premises. For automation of conducting accounting and personnel records and also payroll of employees we purchased software products on the modern platform "1C:Enterprise 8". The partner in automation we selected 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT), Irkutsk which has wide experience on automation of budget institutions of the Irkutsk region. For automation of accounting in 2 workplaces the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program was installed, the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" program using which conducting personnel records and payroll to the staff of our organization was automated was also installed. The implemented software products allow to automate conducting accounting, personnel records and payroll. Automated systems allowed to reduce labor costs of our employees and to automatically prepare the regulated reporting. We are happy with results of the carried-out automation as we received modern and effective tools for accounting, and payroll of staff of organization. We express gratitude to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) for the high-quality and operational help in automation of our organization. At the moment the staff of BIT performs support of software products. Total quantity of the automated jobs: 3 A system is put into operation in January, 2012.
