Clinical hospital of Veterans of VOIN (1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8)

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation using the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff" software product in Municipal budgetary institution of health care of Irkutsk "Clinical hospital of Veterans of VOIN".

The Following Functions Were Automated:

• Personnel management and personnel records (HRM)
• Personnel records
• Payroll calculation
• The regulated reporting

Maintenance:

• The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
• Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
• Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
• Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

• Software installation on the customer's computers
• Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
• Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
• Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
• Training in group in an educational class of the partner of 1C

Clinical hospital of Veterans the soldier – budgetary institution of health care. For automation of conducting accounting and karovy accounting and also payroll of employees we purchased software products on the modern platform "1C: Predpritiye 8". The partner in automation we selected 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT), Irkutsk which has wide experience on automation of budget institutions of the Irkutsk region. For automation of accounting in 5 workplaces the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program was installed, the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" program which help automated conducting personnel records and payroll on 300 employees of our organization was also installed. Specialists of BIT performed setup of programs under specifics of accounting in our organization, performed all necessary completions. For the correct beginning of work in new programs the staff of our organization completed courses in the BIT Training Center. The implemented software products allow to automate conducting accounting, personnel records and payroll. Automated systems allowed to reduce labor costs of our employees and to automatically prepare the regulated reporting. We are happy with results of the carried-out automation as we received modern and effective tools for accounting, and payroll of staff of organization. We express gratitude to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) for the high-quality and operational help in automation of our organization. Now the staff of BIT performs support of the software product.
