Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company provided convenience of conducting personnel records and payroll by means of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program in ZhEU-76 LLC.

Maintenance:

  • Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
  • Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
  • The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Monthly acquaintance of users with new materials of the ITS PROF is made
  • At the request of the user the selection of consulting and methodical materials from an information system of the ITS PROF is performed
  • Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
  • Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made
  • Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed
  • Setup and check of access to the Internet version of ITS and to Internet services "Ask a Question to the Line of Consultations of 1C", "Ask a Question to the Auditor" is made
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed

The company management of ZhEU-76 LLC made the decision on automation of personnel records. As the solution of assigned tasks the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product in which the possibility of conducting personnel records according to the Russian legislation is implemented was selected. For implementing solution we addressed to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) – Novosibirsk which has extensive experience of implementation of similar projects and has highly qualified specialists and is one of the largest partners of 1C company.

The "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program has functionality and automates the solution of the following tasks:

  • Payroll;
  • Management of financial motivation of personnel;
  • Calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation;
  • Reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in costs of the enterprise;
  • Management of monetary settlings with personnel, including deposition;

  • Ensuring business by the personnel;
  • Management of competences, training, employee assessment.

Having decided to upgrade an accounting system and managements of our company, we addressed to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) – Novosibirsk for execution of works on automation of business activities on the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" platform. Provided us a number of consultations: on correct setup of the considered policy, on work in the program, loaded the address qualifier.
