The center of hygiene and epidemiology on railway transport

1C specialists: The first BIT completed the project on implementation of the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" program in the FBUZ "The Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology on Railway Transport" Volga road branch. A system allowed to automate the main transactions of HR department of the enterprise that considerably simplified work of her employees, improved quality of reporting documents, reduced time for preparation of primary documents. As a result the speed of payroll and unloading of results doubled.

The FBUZ "The Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology on Railway Transport" Volga road branch is the public institution rendering services in sanatorium epidemiologically control for needs of the Russian Railway in the territory of the Volga railroad.

Earlier at the enterprise applied an electronic system which functionality was limited to conducting personnel records, and the interface is considerably obsolete. The impossibility of data exchange with accounting where "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" was set, considerably complicated preparation of the regulated reporting.

For solving of tasks on optimization of personnel business processes, the leaders of the Center addressed to the company "1C: The first BIT" which recommended to use the solution "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8". During the project 1C specialists: The first BIT performed installation and tuning of a system, performed data transfer from the old program, configured data exchange with "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8", provided user training.

As a result of automation work of personnel department was improved. Documents form qualitatively and in time, in a full compliance to the relevant legislation of the Russian Federation and taking into account specifics of the organization financed by budgetary funds.

In the "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" program the key functions which are required for the personnel officer are implemented: automatic calculation of a wide range of charges, new wage systems (salaries, compensations, bonuses, allowances and so forth), end-to-end accounting of all amounts of charges and deduction by financing sources directly when carrying out calculations, storage of the personal and service information with a possibility of its subsequent consolidation and the analysis; maintaining the staff list (including with indication of types of wage rates), selection and the analysis of candidates and also assessment of personnel structure.
