Content

1C: The first BIT helped SKYE LLC to automate two outlets. Implementation of the 1C: Trade Management 8 program and installation of the specialized equipment allowed to disclose business potential and to create positive image of the company. Optimization of the main operations on sale and accounting of goods facilitates work of personnel and increases service rate of clients. As a result the management of shops notes good dynamics of business development: real performance indicators of sales and passability of points for 40% exceeded expected. Project Tasks

Main objectives of the project became:

  • the organization of the effective trading system by creation of mechanisms of fixation of sales, control of a commodity remaining balance (arrival, an expense) and drawing up reports on last implementations;
  • creation of objective information base for collecting, consolidation and the analysis of managerial data.

Course of the project and results of automation

Project implementation was charged to the company "by 1C: The first BIT". Her specialists made program installation "1C: Trade Management 8" on site of merchandisers; Frontol WinCE – on places of cashiers. As additional management tools business processes the client purchased the equipment: two EasyPOS nova POS systems, the laser hand one-plane scanner with a support of SYMBOL LS 2208 "Cobra".

As a result of automation key business challenges of SKYE LLC were solved, competent implementation process of goods and provision of services is organized. Facilitate work of personnel and adjust control of its actions functions help:

  • registration of goods by the barcode, the code, the price, the article, on the hot keys and through visual search;
  • check payment by several types (cash or credit card);
  • providing discounts (manual and automatic);
  • an opportunity for work with weight goods;
  • flexible configuration of access rights to data and convenient authorization;
  • control of parameters of goods at registration (the minimum price, sale of fractional quantity, an expiration date and so forth);
  • detailed magazine of actions of personnel.
