"1C: Accounting for Ukraine" is implemented into Ukrkartoshk

1C specialists: The first BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the first stage of the project on automation of Ukrkartoshka LLC. Implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine software product promoted creation of an effective system of accounting in which possibilities of control and accounting of cash flow in the company are implemented. Thanks to automatic formation of primary documents and function of autodata validation the quality of credentials considerably improved, the speed of their consolidation of their processing increased.

Ukrkartoshka LLC is the enterprise of the agricultural industry which is engaged in cultivation, storage and sale of potatoes.

Earlier for conducting all types of accounting in the organization spreadsheets and manual calculations were used. It strongly complicated processes of formation of qualitative reporting documents and braked terms of their giving in the controlling instances. Load of personnel was high. The lack of online access to managerial data complicated the analysis of financial and economic activity of firm.

In search of effective instruments of management the management of Ukrkartoshka LLC addressed to the company "1C: The first BIT". Together with her specialists the accounting sections requiring automation were selected: it was required to optimize accounting, tax, operational and managerial accounting by implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine and 1C:Enterprise 8 Trade management for Ukraine programs.

Installation at the enterprise of the 1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine program gave following features:

• Thanks to automation of key accounting processes the transparency of accounting data increased and errors in finance documents were reduced. The management can make the weighed and justified management decisions that promotes growth of welfare of the company.
• The research of the reporting of accountants helps to understand whether the firm according to plans of the management works. Timely identification of deviations (and their reasons) from plans and forecasts allows to adjust situations.
• By the analysis of expenditure of resources and money it is possible to reveal additional reserves for ensuring financial, payment or economic stability of the company. Also the analysis of indicators of accounting helps to define what transactions are profitable to firm, and what unprofitable.
• Create reporting documents according to the regulations set by the relevant legislation. Activity within the legal framework of the state allows to create image of the respectable taxpayer that increases attractiveness of firm in the opinion of clients and partners.
