SU of the IC RF across the Samara region implements the solution of spetsilizirovanny document flow

The Intels company completed the first stage of implementation of AIK "Supervision" in Investigation department across the Samara region, the press service of integrator reported on February 25, 2013.

Approach to case

The investigation department of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of the Samara region during 2012 investigated 2085 crimes (it 13.2% more, than in 2011). Growth of number of affairs led to increase in volumes of document flow and became one of the reasons of making decision on implementation of an automated system of record keeping with function of accounting of criminal cases. The choice was stopped on the SUPERVISION automated information complex (AIC). Standard solutions for automation of office-work are recognized improper as in them there is no functionality of work with criminal cases.

Solution

In January, 2013 AIK "SUPERVISION" is brought into trial operation. At the time of implementation of AIK in Investigation department office-work is not automated. Installation of a complex in 12 workplaces, in each department of management was required.

The project was implemented by Intels LLC. During the project specialists of firm conduct examination of the operating document flow, the implementation technique is developed, a system is installed on the server and jobs.

The AIK setup for an organization structure of Investigation department is also made. Card files, offices, document groups are created, users are registered and their rights are defined. After setup of a system training of employees in the basic principles of work in AIK was provided.
