Eastwind Call Register represents the platform which allows the operator to process all passed calls of subscribers of network and to provide several services based on one solution, first of all, classical service – the notification of the subscriber on the passed voice calls and video calls in cases when phone was busy, switched off, was out of an area of coverage of network or the user long did not answer a call. At receipt of a call in these situations there is its readdressing on specially selected number, and information on a call is saved in the database of a system. On the basis of it the Sms about the passed calls forms and transferred to the owner of phone.
Additional services which can be implemented using the Call Register platform:
- SMS Status Notification. Informing the subscribers trying to phone to contact that the user called by them appeared in an area of coverage of network. In case of unsuccessful call attempt of the subscriber, a system saves information on it, and at appearance of the user in network generates the Sms which leaves to the subscriber who tried to phone, with information that the required contact is available again.
- SMS Auto Answer. In case of absence of the user in network, the Sms which is in advance created by the subscriber of service is sent to the subscribers trying to phone to it. Not only the service information, but also those data which the user independently entered for the contacts can be specified in it.
- Number Change Notification. Service is intended for the subscribers of the operator who changed the phone number. Using such service, the subscriber who came from other network or changed number will be always available to communication: will be able to receive notifications on calls on former number and to call back, automatically to inform calling about changes through the SMS and voice notifications.
- Low Balance Call Notification. Informing subscribers on impossibility to phone to them because of insufficiency of means on balance at the calling party. In case of unsuccessful attempt of commission of an important outgoing call at exhaustion of means on balance, there is an automatic sending the SMS to the user to whom the subscriber tried to phone. The approximate text of the SMS – "This subscriber cannot phone to you because of insufficiency of means on balance".
The Eastwind Number Change Notification service can be implemented as the optional module as a part of the product Eastwind Call Register or as the separate independent solution.
