1C specialists: The first BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade) optimized activity of the Ukrainian LTD. coffee company using a software update and installation of a system "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine". Correction of key business processes allowed to automate problems of operational, managerial, personnel, accounting and tax accounting; create the effective mechanism of planning and objective assessment of trade operations and also develop and implement the successful concept of interaction "supplier customer".

The Ukrainian LTD. coffee company - the young, actively developing trade enterprise which is engaged in implementation of high-quality coffee. The enterprise imports green coffee from all corners of the world. Final process of its roasting and processing happens on the certified production in Ukraine.

From the moment of foundation of firm the management made the decision to automate its activity using specialized program 1C of version 7.7. However in the course of growth and business development its tasks, and together with them and requirements to a management system changed. As the new instrument of management the product "1C:Enterprise 8 was selected. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine". As contractors of the project on a software update 1C specialists acted: The first BIT. In time one and a half weeks they made installation and setup of the program and applications (Client Bank), prepared detailed user instructions.

Staff of department of accounting of LTD company for the purpose of increase in level of professional competences underwent additional training in the Authorized 1C training center: The first BIT on a rate "Conducting accounting and tax accounting in the application solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine".

Automation results

As a result of implementation of the program the following business processes were optimized:

  • Sales management. Thanks to work in a system check of assortment groups and goods turnover analysis became easily feasible tasks. It allows to create the line of goods which is most demanded by consumers, to avoid regrading and to predict demand. Support of different schemes of sales (under the order, from a warehouse, on credit, on prepayment and so forth) and also the analysis of selling prices and prices of competitors opens ample opportunities for implementation strategists of active growth of retail network.

  • Order management. All data on history of customer relations and suppliers are fixed in the uniform program, in the same place online it is possible to trace information on the order fulfillment course. All this allows to estimate efficiency of purchasing activity and reliability of partners.
  • Pricing. The subsystem of pricing allows to define and implement price policy of the enterprise according to the available analytical demand data and the offer in the market.

  • Accounting and tax accounting is conducted according to the relevant legislation of Ukraine. All documents form automatically that considerably improves their quality and facilitates personnel labor costs.

  • Business efficiency analysis. The management receives the evident activities report of firm during individually certain time period and in a convenient form – either on e-mail, or on the intranet. Operational data analysis on sales volumes, on debit and creditor debts, on cash flows by articles and so forth is given in the report. It allows to control business, to timely make management decisions.
