In retail chain stores Mald works the solution of the ERP level

The TRADE FORMULA company automated 10 shops of retail chain stores of MALD LLC, the press service of integrator reported on March 1, 2013. The project is implemented on a technology platform of a product "ASTOR: Your shop".

Task

The purpose of automation of retail chain stores - creation of a system of the centralized effective management and improvement of customer service quality. It was required to adjust operational information exchange between shops and the management of head office.

Solution

Implementation of the automation equipment allowed to solve a number of important problems which help to manage retail chain stores effectively:

• The organization of accounting behind the movement Inventories in real time;
• Obtaining summary reporting;
• Exchange of the reporting;
• Control of the range, etc.

Staff of TRADE FORMULA company carried out setup and commissioning of a retail store equipment: point-of-sale terminals Posiflex, shipping documentation Datalogic Memor, Datalogic Magellan scanner.

Within the project the customer received 18 jobs at head office, shops and in a warehouse of the company. As a result are available to the management of network:

• fast reaction to changes of market situation;

• operational acceptance of management decisions on the basis of the up-to-date, complete information on each shop and a warehouse;

• ensuring reliability of storage of data bulks;

• conducting effective inventory, trade, accounting and financial accounting.
