Integrator "1C: The first BIT" completed an implementation project of the specialized solution of "BIT .FINANS" in trade and production Ural Pelmeni holding, the press service of the company reported on March 1, 2013.

Movement

During the project specialists of the contractor carried out installation and setup of the program, user training. Taking into account an organization structure of holding and features of the applied system of management accounting adaptation and completion of functionality of the solution is made. 10 jobs are automated.

Results

Creation of an information system which integrated conducting financial and management accounting in all structural divisions of the enterprise became a project deliverable:

• process of formation and approval of requests for a funds expenditure is automated
• budgeting process became more transparent
• the quality of financial planning increased, there was an opportunity to estimate the current activity of the company in the online mode
• resource allocation of the company is optimized.
