Oracle Communications Operations Support Systems (OSS)

On March 5, 2013 the Oracle corporation announced release of the version of a software package of the systems of operational support of Oracle Communications Operations Support Systems (OSS) intended for telecom operators.

The expanded Oracle Communications OSS complex configured for the solution Oracle Communications Network Resource Management allows communication service providers (Communications Service Providers, CSP) to plan, to create, optimize and transform networks, including following features: service of mobile transit relaying networks and fiber optic broadband networks, management of multichannel network assets, cost reduction on leased capacities and support of consolidation and migrations of networks.

The Oracle Communications OSS complex configured for the solution Oracle Communications Rapid Service Design and Order Delivery improves capability of CSP suppliers quickly and to cost-efficient project, start and deploy the new telecommunication services, such as high-speed LTE networks, Internet television (IPTV), technology of transfer of voice traffic for IP networks (VoIP), broadband access and various information services.

Within release of the new version of Oracle Communications OSS the following products - Oracle Communications Design Studio 7.2.2, Oracle Communications Order and Service Management 7.2.2, Oracle Communications Unified Inventory Management 7.2.2, Oracle Communications Network Integrity 7.2.2, Oracle Communications Network Intelligence 7.2.2, Oracle Communications ASAP 7.2.0 P1 and Oracle Communications IPSA 7.2.0 P1 went on sale.
