Argus-TS - the complete solution of intellectual video surveillance for security of city infrastructure.
Representation
The solution of Argus-TS - the end-to-end system of observation and registration of events using technology of analytical signal processing from video cameras independently reveals disturbing situations and notifies on them operators of the situational center. The notification on the registered events includes information on time, the place and the nature of a situation with a possibility of display on the interactive map of an object. A system is intended for the round-the-clock functioning in the complicated weather and climatic conditions, is capable independently, without participation of the operator to adapt to change of external factors (illumination, rainfall, shadows from clouds, swing of foliage, etc.), providing these minimization of false operations.
The product is intended for a wide range of customers. On objects of city infrastructure a system will allow to maintain security in places of mass stay and rest of people, tracing the forgotten objects, education of crowds and queues, solving problems within the concept "Safe city".

Them can become: mass accumulation of people, the left subject, smoke, fire, attempt to block the overview of the camera or intersection of perimeter, a stop and the parking in the prohibited places, abuse of regulations of the parking with recognition of the state registration sign of the violator, number of empty seats, etc.

Functionality of a system can extend considerably due to application as a part of a complex of a biometric system of face recognition "Kaskad-Potok" providing in the automatic mode an identifitsikation of the personality on persons in a flow of people and control over appearance of unwanted visitors in certain zones.

Argus-TS performs functions of automatic formation of the database of the recognizable objects, maintaining the magazine of alarms, facilitates search of disturbing situations in archive on certain signs of the purposes: on time, a purpose class, number of the camera, an event, the comment of the operator.

The solution represents a difficult geographically distributed complex of monitoring of streets, quarters and city facilities. As a part of the complete hardware-software solution: set of video cameras, computing analytical equipment and software, storage system, automated workplace of the operator, equipment for formation of network infrastructure. A system allows to organize video transmission and data on events in scales of the area, district, city.
