NPO SAUT prepares the uniform corporate standard of work with electronic documents and implements EDMS

The Yunisoft company begins the project on automation of work with documents and creation of electronic archive for NPO SAUT LLC, the press service of integrator reported on March 1, 2013. As a basis for the technological solution the Docsvision 5 platform is selected.

Background

In the work NPO SAUT processes a large number of documents: agreements, the entering, outgoing correspondence. Implementation of EDMS assumes introduction of the uniform standard of work with electronic documents providing their security, controllability and reliable storage.

In Docsvision 5 for this purpose it is necessary to develop special cards of documents and tasks, the module of automation of approval of agreements and a set of role folders for convenience of users. Access to a system will be had by nearly 150 employees of NPO SAUT.

Formation of the electronic archive of agreements having all tools for quick search of documents prepares. Due to setup of electronic archive "NPO SAUT" is going to provide high sweep rate of documents and to cut down storage expenses of paper documents.
