Terrasoft and Stroygazconsulting Group (SGK) announced on October 23, 2012 start of the complex project of automation of work of Department of corporate information technologies on the BPMonline Service Desk platform.
Background
The scale of activity of the customer requires continuous and effective work of all divisions. Therefore the company management makes the decision to carry out complex automation of all processes of work of Department of corporate information technologies and, in particular, an internal support service, using industrial Service Desk of a system.
The main selection terms of the solution Service Desk became: broad functionality of a system, ability to manage business processes and experience of supplier company in implementation of the complex ITSM projects. On the basis of these requirements a choice was made for benefit of the BPMonline Service Desk system of Terrasoft group.
Plans and solutions
At the first stage of the project specialists of Terrasoft suppose to execute a broad spectrum of works on creation and process automation of ITSM: incident management, layer management of service, configuration management and vendor management and also part of asset management processes and finance.
The project assumes development of regulations, procedures and key indicators of activity of work of Department of corporate IT. Integration with the accounting system, monitors and scannings of infrastructure and corporate systems of SGK is planned.
