Biography

Was born in the village Manchazh of Artinsky district of Sverdlovsk region.

Education

In 1975 graduated from the Sverdlovsk institute of the national economy majoring in "Planning of the national economy".

In 1985 ended training at the higher party school in the city of Novosibirsk.

Career

From 1975 to 1978 - the chief of planning department of Bakcharsky PMK-9 of the consolidation "Soyuztomskmelioration".

In July, 1985 headed planning commission of Bakcharsky district executive committee.

Since November, 1985 - the chairman of executive committee of Bakcharsky regional council of People's Deputies.

In December, 1991 became the head of administration of Bakcharsky district.

From December, 1997 to August, 2002 worked in bank structures as the director of regional branches.

In August, 2002 it is appointed to the position of the head of the department of finance of administration of the Tomsk region.

In August, 2007 it is appointed to the position of the deputy governor of the Tomsk region – the head of the department of finance of the Tomsk region.

Political, civic engagement

In November, 1978 became the 2nd secretary, since December, 1980 - the 1st secretary of Bakcharsky RK All-Union Leninist Young Communist League.

In April, 1994 it is elected the vice-chairman of the Tomsk region duma.

In June, 1994 it is appointed to the position of the representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Tomsk region.

In 2004 it is awarded with a distinction "For merits in front of the Tomsk region".
