The commercial bank of Kazakhstan began to use the BPMS platform in 2010. Then before Temirbankom there was a task to standardize approaches in customer service in scales of all bank. System implementation of CRM was the most widespread method of the solution of this task, but after the analysis of a set of different types of IT systems in bank decided to use possibilities of BPM technology. The matter is that this technology allows to design, replicate, automate and manage effectively the end-to-end business processes including connected with customer service.

In 2010 the bank began implementation of the webMethods BPMS system from Software AG company. The openness of the platform and existence of the flexible mechanism of integration of information systems became the pacing factors promoting the choice of this solution. For a start the task of integration of all internal and external information systems of bank using the integration bus entering webMethods packet was set. On the next stage business processes, key for bank, were selected there are processes of collecting of debt (soft, hard, legal collection) which were subject to optimization, automation and replication.

In 2011 business process automation of collecting of debt was complete therefore in bank uniform approach to customer service in all sales points was implemented. Besides, the bank received the mechanism of collecting and the analysis of performance indicators of the workers participating in these business processes. After that the decision on automation of a new pool of business processes — six processes of crediting, result of what as expect in bank followed, there will be a decrease in influence of skill level of the personnel on quality and service rate of clients of bank. For implementation of this project the Business Logic 2.0 company was invited

During the project the functionality allowing to execute quick search of credit requests and to browse all information entered in these requests in a separate window was developed. Credit specialists of bank have an opportunity to enter data on borrowers manually or on the basis of data from a banking system, to attach scanned copies of documents. Within business processes the generation engine of the documents for printing in the PDF format created on the basis of data from the request works.

During the project processes on issue of the express credit, credit for purchase of the car, a mortgage loan, revolving credit, credit on the security of a deposit and the credit on the security of the apartment were automated.
