Darnitsa Group continues upgrade by implementation of EDMS

The company Avis Expert completed the project on implementation EDMS Directum in group of companies Darnitsa, the press service of integrator reported on March 12, 2013.

Mark about the beginning

In March, 2012 the management of Darnitsa Group made the decision on implementation of EDMS for automation of office-work, management of documents and business processes. The document flow regulation, improvement of communications of employees, risk reduction during the work with agreements and gain of control of business processes became project tasks.

The implementation project was implemented by Avis Expert company. The choice for benefit of DIRECTUM is caused by compliance of functionality of a system to requirements of group of companies, existence of ready business solutions and also recommendations from OCS company.

Job

In the first quarter 2013, according to the diagram, implementation of Basic modules EDMS DIRECTUM and business solutions "Management of meetings and meetings", Contract management, "Classical office-work" is complete. Automated management of business processes and documents, including all organizational and administrative documentation. At the expense of the DIRECTUM system control of accomplishment of agreement obligations is provided, cooperation of structures of group is established, "paper" and electronic document management is successfully combined, storage and document retrieval are optimized.
