The carrier of passengers, largest in Russia, in distant following –Federal Passenger Company (FPC, "subsidiary"of Russian Railway) - implemented an automated system of psychological testing of workers, told TAdviser in the company on March 13, 2013.

In addition a system should reduce time expenditure by evaluating personnel and report generation about testing by one and a half times and also to identify the most valued and talented employees for the subsequent planning of their career and formation of a reserve on executive positions.
How much development of the system of testing and who acted as the contractor on its creation cost, in FPC do not open.
