Was born in Lipetsk.

Education

In 1983 graduated from the Lipetsk polytechnical institute.

In 1996 - Russian Interior Ministry Academy, specialty "jurisprudence".

Career

In bodies of penal correction system since December, 1985:

1985 - 1987 – master, general foreman of mechanical repair shop of the Lipetsk Medical and labor dispensary;

1987 - 1993 – general foreman of mechanical repair shop of the Medical and labor dispensary of UITU ATC Lipetskogo of regional executive committee;

January, 1993 - August, 1993 – the chief of mechanical repair shop of the Medical and labor dispensary SIDISR of the ATC of the Lipetsk region;

August, 1993 – August, 1993 - the chief power engineer of department of power-mechanical department of the Medical and labor dispensary of the LED and WEDNESDAY of the ATC of the Lipetsk region

August, 1993 – August, 1996 the student of Russian Interior Ministry Academy;

1996 - 1999 - production manager of Management of execution of punishments of the ATC of the Lipetsk region

1999 – 2005 - the production manager of Management of execution of punishments of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation across the Lipetsk region (it is connected with organizationally - regular actions)

August, 2005 – October, 2006 - the head of department of the organization of labor employment of special squads of Office of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Lipetsk region (it is connected with organizational and regular actions)

October, 2006 - February, 2012 - the deputy head of department of the Federal Penitentiary Service across the Lipetsk region.

For March 12, 2013 holds a post of the head of department of the Federal Penitentiary Service across the Lipetsk region.
