EVRAZ signed the agreement of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement with Comparex

EVRAZ plc, one of the largest steel producers in the world, signed at the beginning of 2013 with COMPAREX company the agreement on delivery of the software of Microsoft on the program of corporate licensing Enterprise Agreement (EA).

Work on agreement signature was conducted within a year with holding meetings at the different levels. For the purpose of simplification of the scheme of licensing, systematization of the software of Microsoft, minimization of expenses and legal risks by company management of EVRAZ the decision on the conclusion of the three-year agreement of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) was made. According to results of the tender the right to delivery of license software within the contract was acquired by the LAR partner of Microsoft corporation, COMPAREX company.

The program of corporate licensing Enterprise Agreement, will allow EVRAZ company to optimize costs at the expense of payment by installments of payments and fixation of the prices of the entire period of operation of the agreement that as a result will help to lower financial load of the budget considerably. Besides that the contract has good volume, it is interesting that it except Russia covers the following countries: Ukraine, Czech Republic, Switzerland.

Microsoft Enterprise Agreement is the most optimal offer of Microsoft corporation for the large organizations worldwide, ready to select the Microsoft platform as the corporate standard. Within agreements the EA company licenses basic products of Microsoft for all used PCs, at the same time payment is made in the form of annual payments. The customer can use the selected products on all computers, including on territorially remote and also on the new PCs added during the term of the agreement. Within the agreement of the license are purchased in permanent use with the right of licensing of additional products. During operation of the agreement the packet of additional free services according to the Software Assurance program – training in the certified training centers, technical support of server products, the right to use Office on the home PC, a subscription to TechNet Plus and many other things is provided to the customer.
