Was born in the city of Kirov.
Education
After passing of conscription service in armed forces, graduated from All-Union correspondence legal institute.
Career
In 1978 it is employed in bodies of prosecutor's office of the Kirov region.
From 2001 to September, 2007 headed department of criminalistics of prosecutor's office of the Kirov region.
Since September, 2007 by the order of the Chairman of Investigative Committee at prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation it was appointed to the position of the first deputy head of investigation department of Investigative Committee at prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation of the Kirov region.
Since June, 2011 by the order of the Chairman of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation it is appointed to the position of the head of investigation department across the Tver region.
For March 13, 2013 holds a position of the chief of SU of the IC RF across the Tver region.
Awards, merits
During service it is awarded:
