Novatek Chelyabinsk will organize an electronic queue for the population

On January 25, 2013 in new subscriber section of Novatek Chelyabinsk company with the assistance of LOGIS STC company the e-queue system is implemented, the organization contractor reported on March 13, 2013.

Result

Queue management is exercised based on a hardware and software system of the DAMASCUS system.

Within project works the following elements systems were installed and configured:

• the server of an electronic queue providing functioning of a system in general.
• the main information display in a waiting zone allowing visitors to control the provision in queue. By a call of the next visitor number of this visitor and number of a window which it needs to approach is output to the main board.
• the booths of the choice of services and printing of coupons equipped with touch screens and managed by touch of a hand.

Effect

System implementation helped to organize:

• uniform distribution of a flow of visitors;
• acceleration of service of citizens;
• providing information for work with complaints of visitors;
• creation of the favorable atmosphere of waiting.
