The City Trend company implements means of increase in business performance

City Trend LLC with The First BIT company, as the partner in business automation, implemented the 1C: Retail 8 program, the press service of integrator reported on March 14, 2013.

Before the project

Prior to the beginning of the project cashiers of shop used in work only cash registers. Sales accounting was kept in notebooks. Use of so primitive accounting method did not allow to exercise operating control over cash flow. In addition there was a question of control over work of personnel.

For the purpose of business optimization and improvement of its key performance indicators, the management of City Trend LLC made the decision to automate the following processes: settlement with buyers, inventory, arrival of goods, pricing, pre-sale preparation, reports according to the results of implementations.

The First BIT company acted as the contractor of the project. Her specialists booked audit of activity of shop and on the basis of data retrieveds offered ways of improvement of its work:

• implementation of specialized software;

• installation of a retail store equipment and setup of data exchange between systems;

• user training.

Project

Permission of the project organizes effective inventory and trade control. It allowed to create the mechanism of processing and data analysis, the authentic and objective trade reports which are been the basis. Management of a warehouse became simpler and more effective. Carrying out the main operations on accounting of the range, acceptance and shipment of goods is executed in time.

Are set: The EasyPOS nova FPrint 55K POS system, the detector of currencies of DORS 100 M2, the removable device for tough sensors and 300 radio-frequency sensors.
