Regiongazenergostroy updates corporate EDMS

The Regiongazenergostroy group updated the version of an ECM system and passed to work with Docsvision 5, the company integrator - System Examination, reported on March 18, 2013.

Background

Having estimated advantages and possibilities of the new version of a system, the company management made the decision on a transition project startup. The project was charged to be executed to the certified partner of Docsvision of System Examination company.

Solution

Within the project the analysis of a current status of a system is carried out, archiving of the saved-up data is made. During the project system performance is increased, business processes within the new version are optimized, user training is provided.

The customer works with the Docsvision system several years. In a system automation as standard office-work (work with the entering and outgoing, organizational and administrative documents) and processes of approval of documents, and business processes, specific to the company, was consistently carried out. Now a system supports all operation cycle of documents: from their creation, approval and signing, before registration and mailing to the interested employees.
