The instrument-making company "Vzlet" in a complex implements technologies of accounting and management

Specialists of the First BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project of complex automation of manufacturing enterprise Vzlet Ltd using solutions BITS: Finance and 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8, the company integrator reported on March 19, 2013.

Objectives

Different information systems which functionality did not meet all requirements of the organization were applied to accounting by the customer. It was difficult to control production processes. Many tasks of operational accounting were carried out manually.

To cope with the existing difficulties the decision on creation of a new information system which would provide high-quality conducting the production, operational, regulated, personnel and financial accounting is made. As software products solutions BITS are selected: Finance and 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.

Increase in level of automation of the enterprise and creation of effective mechanisms of assessment, control and the analysis of business became the main objectives of the project. As the partner in implementation the company the First BIT acted.

Work results

Time for consolidation of data is reduced. An opportunity to quickly keep track of timeliness of payments and to analyze their expediency increased effective management of financial flows, the probability of inappropriate use of money is excluded. Interaction between divisions is optimized.

Valery Parfyonov, the CEO of Vzlet Ltd noted: "Completely results of implementation can be estimated later several reporting periods. However already now we note fall forward of preparation of the regulated reporting and operational reports and also increase in reliability of the provided data. Need of transfer of information from other programs disappeared. There was an ability to manage purchases, sales, end-to-end tracking of Inventories in all warehouses. Control of execution of works orders allows to monitor the movement of tangible assets in production.
