The state Kiev design office "Luch" implements a production management system, seeing it schedule system

The state Kiev design office "Luch" (GP "GOSKKB Luch) in cooperation with ABBYY Ukraine completed the project on system implementation "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management for Ukraine", the press service of integrator reported on March 19, 2013.

Start

Earlier information environment of the company consisted of a set of separate software products and spreadsheets. The lack of the unified information system did not allow to observe in real time a material transfer in warehouses and to control utilization of capacity that complicated production.

The enterprise needed a new system which would help to keep operational accounting of production and stock balance and also:

• accounting of component parts by each order;
• online collective access to design technical documentation;
• accounting of long-term job order production.

As such system specialists "GOSKKB Beam selected "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management for Ukraine" based on 1C:Enterprise 8. The standard functionality of a system for 90% approached under business processes of the enterprise and the designated requirements that allowed to expect rapid implementation with the minimum costs. The available cost of maintenance and operation of a system became a significant factor.

Based on the tender project implementation was charged to Intensive Center ABBYY Ukraine.

Solution

In August, 2012 a system is brought into commercial operation. For March 19, 2013 in a system more than 20 employees of the company work, departments are automated:

• production and dispatching;
• economical;
• logistics and complete set;
• mounting and assembly;
• work and salary;
• accounting.

As a result our enterprise managed to automate the main production processes that affected efficiency and quality of accomplishment of orders and, as a result, improved relationship with our clients. Of course, for our enterprise the defining success factor is planning. The implemented system not only allowed to control production process at each its stage, but also to plan work. Now to the staff of GP "GOSKKB "Beam" Is Much Simpler to Solve the Current Problems and to Plan Activity".

Result

The management of the enterprise controls any production phase, obtains data on the means spent for order fulfillment and, as a result, effectively manages production costs, can rationally load production capacities and labor resources. In addition, system implementation helped to organize operational accounting of stock remainders and to strengthen control over consumption of materials.
