BLUEJET web CRM was created on the basis of wishes and tasks of users and implements both current trends, and the methodology checked by time. In the new version the possibility of setup of access not only at the level of the modules BLUEJET web CRM, but also at the level of type of records (all or only mine), powers of work with records (access нет/чтение/добавление/редактирование/удаление), at the level of structure of data of a card of record is implemented (for example, the secretary can only browse basic data of the client – the name and phone, the staff of department in Moscow – only clients from Moscow, and the management has full access to information). At the same time the rights can be copied or configured in addition on the basis of a template for a user group.
  3. Also in the new version the possibility of creation of document forms on the basis of templates appeared.
  4. For the best perception of information in a system the structure of the menu was improved, and in each module BLUEJET web CRM the feature for data view in the form of the configured charts was added (in addition to standard reports of a system).


In the new version we used the latest web technologies – HTML5 and CSS3 that provides not only high high-speed performance and reliability of the application, but allows to use for data access any device – the notebook, the tablet or the smartphone.
