Document management system and tasks of TEZIS in SUTEK

As a result of system implementation of management of documents and tasks of TEZIS in SUTEK Ltd processes of registration and document storage were automated and also online access of staff of the company to corporate information is provided. For a year of use of a system at the enterprise the efficiency of work with external and internal documentation significantly increased.

By Samara Management Heat Power Company Ltd it is presented at the market of energy resources since 2001. Activity of the company includes services in heat supply cold to water supply and acceptance of drain waters. The total quantity of clients of the organization makes more than 3 thousand subscribers. At the end of 2011 the management of SUTEK Ltd made the decision on the translation of the work documentation and processes of document flow in an electronic format. Automation of a full stroke of processing of external and internal documents, ensuring safe storage of legal documents and online access of employees to corporate information were the main tasks of implementation of EDMS. For implementation of these tasks the document management system and tasks of TEZIS was selected. Since February, 2012 a system was brought into commercial operation.
