In Erudit shop the technology of automation of retail sales is implemented

The first BIT carried out implementation of software 1C: Retail in Erudit shop, the company reported on March 20, 2013.

Result

Specialists of the First BIT completed the project on automation of shop of office supplies under the Erudite brand. Implementation of the 1C: Retail 8 program and equipment of outlet the specialized equipment, furniture and a video surveillance system provided the successful beginning of sales.

To start

Preparing for start of the business project its management made the decision to automate activity of shop. With it it addressed to The First BIT company.

Project

All works are performed at the high professional grade within one month. Two workplaces (the cashier and the merchandiser) are automated.

On a workplace of the merchandiser the 1C: Retail 8 program of PROF version is installed. It was succeeded to solve problems of operational accounting of goods and money with its help: arrival of goods from the partner on a warehouse, inventory of trade inventories, movement of cash between internal cash desks of shops and also to implement the system of providing percentage discounts on discount cards (fixed and accumulative).

The workplace of the cashier is automated by the Frontol program. OPTIM of v.4.x.

The customer purchased a wide line of a retail store equipment: a fiscal registrar of FPrint-03K, a strongbox to fiscal registrars of Glolee EC-410, a board of the buyer of Posiflex PD-320, the laser hand one-plane scanner without support of SYMBOL LS 1203, the laser hand one-plane scanner with a support of SYMBOL LS 2208 "Cobra", a thermal printer of printing of the ZEBRA LP 2824 Plus labels, the infrared detector of currencies LD-1000, the radio-frequency anti-theft Lucatron NORMA NRS-300 system, two FALCON analog cameras.

The CEO of Erudit shop Ivan Gennadyevich Konchakov noted: "The performed works allowed us to perform uninterruptedly a trading activity and to create the permanent customer base. Automation provided decrease in labor input of processes and reduction of terms of processing of accounting information. Further we are going to continue effective cooperation within project implementation on opening of additional points of retail and also spaces of public catering for TM "Erudite".
