Rosatom will implement software for protection against uninvited guests

As TAdviser knew on March 21, 2013,Rosatom is going to equip video surveillance systems on crucial objects of corporation with function of automatic detection and tracking of the movement of physical entities on the protected area.

For this purpose by request of the company the special software package integrated with intelligent video cameras which will be able to accompany a physical entity will be developed and to create trajectories of its movement with the subsequent archiving.

Trajectories will register in the form of the coordinate description of a way of movement of a physical entity. Afterwards they can be browsed in the form of the tracks imposed on the video image and in the form of the lines imposed on the plan of the protected object and also to perform search of trajectories in different criteria – for example, on the camera which recorded one of segments of a way of "guest" and a time span.

The traced physical entity will be presented on the video image of the camera in the spot form with a diameter not less than 1/20 and no more than 1/3 of linear image size in pixels.

In addition for Rosatom it will be developed by software on the basis of probabilistic timing analysis, allowing to estimate efficiency of the systems of physical protection of crucial objects of state corporation.

Assessment can be displaid taking into account a set of the factors concerning as the violator (for example, the number of violators, level of their armament and speed of movement on an object), and to reaction from protection (application of different tactics of blocking of boundaries of protection, operation of sensors of perimeter of an object and buildings, etc.)

Software will also allow to build 2D and 3D models of the territory of objects taking into account a land relief, buildings and constructions, to determine the most probable channels of penetration of violators with indication of time of their overcoming by different methods using different types of tools, to carry out modeling of fighting collision in the protection violator system on the basis of the description of an object to 3D - a format in the step-by-step mode, etc.

According to TAdviser, creation of both software packages is going to be completed until the end of 2013.
