Integration of document flow of the government of Murmansk region with the website of the Russian President is complete

Digital Design completed the project on integration of an electronic document management system of the Government of Murmansk region with the official site of the President of the Russian Federation, the press service of the contractor reported on March 21, 2013.

Authentication

Sergey Gaydamakov, the Head of Department of automated systems of Digital Design, noted: "OpenID-authentication use became feature of the project implemented for the Government of Murmansk region. OpenID is open hostless system which allows the Internet user to use a uniform account for authentication on a set of the different websites. In other words, this solution ensures data security – the user has an information access about a work progress with the address only if it is registered on the official site of the President".

Timur Lapin, the Chairman of the Committee on information technology development of Murmansk region, told: "Thanks to the project implemented by Digital Design the efficiency of interaction with citizens is provided. It is important that after implementation of this solution at the specialists working with citizens' appeals the quantity of duties did not increase – they continue to work in the normal mode. Data preparation for informing applicants on the course of consideration of their addresses in executive bodies of the government of Murmansk region is automatic. Specially developed service in real time collects information on the required address and creates for the user the page of the official website "Public Reception of the Government of Murmansk Region" with data on the course of consideration of this address. Thus, function of informing citizens is performed without additional time and labor costs".
