Avtosoyuz increases quality of work as enterprise management system implementation

Specialists of the Kiev office of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) optimized activity of car center of "AVTOSOYuZ" the software solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine", the press service of integrator reported on March 21, 2013.

Goal

According to the CEO of car center, the key purpose of the company – to take the leading positions in the field of sales and an after-sale service, by satisfaction of the maximum quantity of customer needs. For its achievement the management constantly improves a management system, looks for effective ways of its improvement. Special attention is paid to questions of creation in firm of conditions for use of the personified approach in work with clients.

As the contractor of the project on upgrade of business processes specialists of the company "were involved with 1C: The first BIT".

Implementation

Project implementation creates effective mechanisms of sales management, by purchases and vendor relations and buyers, possibilities of pricing are implemented thanks to what price policy of firm improved, its competitive advantages increased.

The functionality of the warehouse block allows to perform necessary transactions in work of a motor show with ease: manage a remaining balance of Inventories in different units of measure; keep separate account of the goods accepted and transferred to implementation exercise control and accounting of series; keep lot-based account by warehouses; set any characteristics of a batch (color, the size, etc.), to complete and razukomplektovyvat nomenclature positions; perform functions of order accounting and reservation of Inventories.

Optimization of personnel records gave an opportunity to calculate the salary to the employees on a bonus system. Process of formation of reporting documents occupies five working hours. Documents meet the legislative arrangements accepted in Ukraine.

As a result of automation of activity of AVTOSOYUZ LLC it was succeeded to lower production costs, to save time and labor costs of personnel, in time to fulfill obligations to clients and suppliers.
