To Knila optimizes business processes by implementation of program systems of management

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project on business process optimization in Knile LLC implementation of software "1C: Trade Management 8", the company integrator reported on March 21, 2013.

Ways of implementations

The company performs the activity since 2006. Its main mission - ensuring requirement of the construction industry of the region with high-quality products. Earlier for the solution of managerial and production tasks of its division already worked with an automated system, however over time it became outdated. Business actively extended and then the management began a campaign for its upgrade.

Project

As the contractor of the project involved 1C specialists: The first BIT. They booked audit of the existing business processes and developed an algorithm of their optimization. The 1C: Trade Management 8 program which functionality allows to solve a key range of questions on management of trade organization became the main tool.

During implementation applications are developed and implemented:

• specific interfaces for reduction of labor costs of operators at document creation on shipment of concrete and solution;
• the systems of consolidation of shipment documents on one partner for a certain period;
• pricing according to which documents form according to "supplementary agreement" and price groups;
• the reports allowing to obtain necessary information on management accounting.

Automation covered 12 jobs, all users completed a training course.

Results

• the transparency and reliability of management information and also efficiency of access to it increased;
• terms of formation of reporting documents decreased, at increase in their quality;
• possibilities of assessment and data analysis about efficiency of activity of firm extended;
• volumes of paper document flow were reduced, personnel labor costs decreased;
• the facts of duplicative data recording disappeared;
• errors in work were reduced.
