Content

Specialists of the Kiev branch "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project on optimization of the HR policy in Import-Ofis Company LLC with the help of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Salary and Personnel management for Ukraine", the press service of the contractor reported on March 22, 2013.

Prerequisites

The main activity of the customer - the organization of the wholesale supplies of office supplies and goods for office.

Earlier registration of personnel and payroll at the enterprise was performed using different information systems. Each division put into practice the individual HR policy, there were systems of charge of awards and the list of positions, other than others. Because of heterogeneity of data process of consolidation of expense data on personnel was complicated. The management did not obtain operational information about settlement with employees, personnel structure and distribution of labor resources. There were difficulties in control and planning of expenses on compensation.

Effective management of personnel required software implementation.

Solution

Selected a system "1C:Enterprise 8. Salary and Personnel management for Ukraine". The contractor of the project the company "acted as 1C: The first BIT". Her specialists provided user training, developed a complex of instructions for work with subsystems. In short terms configured data transfer of personnel records and data for calculation of average earnings of holidays and sick-lists from earlier used systems.

Implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. Salary and Personnel management for Ukraine" accounting of personnel on categories of positions, wage grades, types of employment, a current status is automated (in the state, temporarily does not work, it is dismissed, etc.); accounting and control of the termination of validity periods of personnel orders; accounting of substitutions and sovmeshcheniye of employees with a possibility of carrying out the analysis of personnel structure and formation of regular arrangement taking into account substitutions; planning of wage fund taking into account busy and vacant rates; calculation of quarter and annual awards taking into account performance indicators on divisions with a possibility of automatic filling of indicators.

Results

In a project deliverable opportunities for the analysis of a current status of personnel resources are expanded. Managerial reports on personnel structure, planned and actual costs on personnel form in real time.

The management had an opportunity to control employment and distribution of personnel resources, to estimate the need for personnel and employee performance. Labor costs of personnel department and department of payroll are considerably reduced. Creation of the unified system allowed to provide transparency and uniformity of charges of additional payments to employees.
