The administration of the Bryansk region integrates the departmental website with network resources of the president

The company KS-Consulting implemented the Internet interaction module with the federal executive authority/ROIV websites on citizens' appeals to the President of Russia in the Bryansk region on the platform EDMS "CASE", the press service of integrator reported on March 25, 2013.

Attention to addresses

Consideration of the citizens' appeals which arrived addressed to the President of Russia should be detailed, timely and "transparent" for the applicant at all stages of passing of the document on instances. This direction is one of obligatory elements of "information openness" in activity of state bodies.

Until recently applicants had an opportunity to trace the address at a stage of its registration, to learn about federal authority or the region to which the letter for consideration went and also to see when the answer is prepared. The intermediate stages and specific contractors in the online mode were unavailable to the citizen. The President of Russia set the task – to provide to citizens access in the mode of "real time" to all stages of passing of the address. For this purpose federal authorities and regional administrations had to provide electronic interaction of the workflow systems with the website of the President and placement of information on the course of consideration of the applications of citizens on the official Internet resources.

It was required to automate unloading from EDMS of the corresponding data in Personal accounts. For an electronic document management system "PUT" the solution appeared at the end of 2012, in the form of the module for integration with the website of the President of Russia. The module is created in KS-Consulting company.

History of implementations

In administration of the Bryansk region and a number of industry executive authorities of the region of EDMS "DELO" it is used since 2003.

In 2005 EDMS is implemented in profile department of administration.

In 2008 in the region the Internet and reception of the governor and from this point all addresses began to work (both the traditional, and arrived on channels Internet) are registered in EDMS.

2013 - a system is integrated with the website of the President of Russia.

Solution

The module completely conforms to methodical recommendations and technical requirements about implementation of interaction of the official site of the President of the Russian Federation on the Internet and the websites of federal and regional executive authorities, other state bodies. Its work requires EDMS "DELO" of version 12 and is more senior, a subsystem "PROCESS MANAGEMENT", a subsystem of "DELO-WEB".
