Giprogaztsentr continues development of CIS from EDMS

In an implementation project in JSC Giprogaztsentr company of the solution DIRECTUM: Management of tenders the developer integrator of a product - NPO Kompyyuter company took part, the press service of the contractor reported on March 26, 2013.

Preparation

In October, 2012 works on process automation of management of economic agreements and tenders began. Among project tasks: simplification of preparation of documents according to requirements of Gazprom, convenient access to archive of contractual documents and optimization of interaction of workers. Besides, for the company it is important to increase the level of control and the analysis of a funds expenditure.

Before implementation of the module "Contract management" of the DIRECTUM system contractual documents in electronic form were stored on computers of employees. It complicated access to them and prevented to control contractual processes quickly. Approval of documents was performed in paper form.

Result

According to the results of the project more than 100 users could estimate simplicity of a contracted work at DIRECTUM. Since execution by divisions of requests for receiving materials or signing of the contracts before control of obligation fulfillment under agreements. Also time for information search and approval of documents was reduced.

The solution "Management of Tenders" provided transparency and efficiency of internal processes from application in department of competitive purchases before control of conditions of the signed agreements on compliance to results of purchase.
