The Documents PC of ITS KUGI in Committee on city property management of St. Petersburg

AB Sistem LLC was implemented by the Documents PC of ITS KUGI in Committee on city property management of St. Petersburg.

Since the beginning of 2013 in Committee on city property management the Software package "Documents" which is a part of an Information and Technology System Committee on city property management (ITS KUGI) is put into commercial operation.

Moscow, on April 01, 2013. The AB Sistem LLC company announced input in commercial operation of the software package "Documents" of an information and technology system of Committee on city property management of St. Petersburg. The software package represents own development of AB Sistem LLC.

The committee on city property management is the executive body of the government of St. Petersburg pursuing state policy in the field of management and the order of state property of St. Petersburg and also control of its use and safety. Owing to specifics of work of Committee employees have a need for work with a large number of normative legal documents (implementation of search, viewing, editing, formation of versions). The specialized storage system and processings of the legal documentation is necessary for the solution of these tasks.

Based on the open competition held by Committee on city property management, AB Sistem LLC signed the public contract on development of the software package "Documents" of ITS KUGI. The developed complex should provide creation of uniform information and legal and documentary space within ITS KUGI, information and legal support of structural divisions of Committee on city property management and also provide integration with other information subsystems of ITS KUGI.

The AB Sistem LLC company developed and successfully implemented on the software package "Documents" as a part of ITS KUGI. A system uses the advanced information technologies, the convenient and easy user interface in training and use, and is capable to work at simultaneous operation of several hundred users. A system also has the program interface allowing integration with other information systems both at the level of data exchange, and by means of technology web service.

System implementation of the IC "Documents" allowed:

• Increase completeness and accuracy of the data. The software package provides input of all necessary information on documents, control of actions for making changes in data, without allowing loss of completeness and integrity of data. Storage of all document revisions and the history of their changes allows to guarantee a possibility of data recovery even in case of incorrect or malicious actions of users.
• Provide efficiency of data-refresh. At the expense of the information storage mechanisms implemented in a complex on the central server of a system, all users get access to new documents as soon as they come to a system.
• Automate process of entering of documents into the database due to formation of data on documents, their communications, attributes in the automatic and/or automated mode. The software package provides the automated tools for links and communications between documents that increases the value and convenience of work with the stored information.
• Reduce labor costs by search of necessary documents and information. The software package implements several search mechanisms of data, allowing users to organize also own collections of documents for quick access to the documents which are often used or being in work.
• Provide control and monitoring of rule-making activity for the realization account of mechanisms of the automated creation of document revisions with a possibility of a binding of the document on the basis of which changes are made.

A system was developed and implemented in the shortest possible time – within 4 months (including trial operation). Now specialists of AB Sistem LLC perform technical support, user training and the employees assistance of KUGI.
