The qWell group and COMPAREX company signed the agreement on delivery of the software of Microsoft on the program of corporate licensing Enterprise Agreement (EA), the press service of the supplier reported on March 26, 2013.

The IT department of qWell and COMPAREX company reached the agreement and concerning signing of the program of corporate licensing of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement.

As a result of the signed agreement the customer company simplified the scheme of licensing, adjusted control of licenses of all computer park on all affiliates including in other regions, lowered financial loading and optimized costs at the expense of payment by installments of payments and fixation of the prices of the period of operation of the agreement.

The amount of annual payments under the contract is more than 3 million rubles.
