In JSC Vysokiye tekhnologii (The Omsk modular plant) the first stage of creation of the information management system by productive activity on the platform software "PARUS-the Enterprise - 8" is implemented, the developer company reported on March 26, 2013.
Goal
In desire to increase quality of products, to reduce terms of production of products, at the enterprise the program of complex modernization is implemented: the modern machine and control and measuring equipment is purchased.
Implementing production upgrade, the management made the decision - to automate production management using the IC "PARUS-Enterprise 8".
A number of the purposes are pursued:
- reduction of labor input of planning, operating control of production of units and reporting for customers;
- ensuring accuracy of accounting of volumes of work in progress, stock balance of materials and finished goods;
- ensuring control of settlings with collaborators and suppliers.
The big range of finished goods, Inventories and complexity of the production technology (the production base includes 13 sections and workshops, the park of the metalworking equipment exceeds 900 units) demanded for production management of a powerful information system capable to quickly process data bulks.
2014
In the fall of 2014 in JSC Vysokiye tekhnologii the control automation stage by production based on software "PARUS-Enterprise 8" was completed. Results of informatization of production management became one of factors of increase in sales amount of products for 12.5% a year at invariable number of staff.
Tasks and project deliverables are commented by Sergey Malinovsky, the chief executive of JSC Vysokiye tekhnologii: "Daily at the enterprise about one thousand kits of parts are processed, at the same time the commodity nomenclature exceeds 20000 parts, products are characterized by multicomponent structure — it considerably complicates production logistics. For example, one of units consists of 3500 parts, and all workshops participate in its production. In these conditions results of a company performance in many respects depend on quality of planning of primary activity and operational accounting in production. The IT project allowed to increase efficiency of planning and dispatching of production process, to provide work in progress accounting accuracy, to create the platform for automation of calculation of normative and actual cost of products".
All workshops of the enterprise are automated step-by-step planning for each kit of parts and the organization of the movement of parts. Integration "PARUS – Enterprise 8" is implemented and management systems for engineering data of ASCON, synchronization of data is performed in real time. The problem of formation of the production schedule, production program and batches of start, creation of route sheets and replaceable tasks, control of a rupture of batches, selection of priority batches is as a result solved. In general planning became more transparent and reasonable, replaceable tasks form automatically for five days ahead.
Using a system it is possible to estimate easily security of accomplishment of a replaceable task with the tool. The automated instrumental storerooms are integrated about "PARUS – Enterprise 8". On the replaceable tasks arriving from schedule system and accounting in production, storerooms by the beginning of each change create necessary tool kits and equipments. For the tool shop based on a production management system formation of marking files for device management of laser and shock and point marking of the Inventories which are handed over by workshop is implemented.
It is going to bring into operation touch information terminals using which it will be possible to get directly in workshop access to reports of a system PARUS (with respect for the principle of differentiation of the rights), to print documents, for example, delivery notes on movement of parts from workshop in workshop or working cards. "In a warehouse of ready parts the data collection terminal allowing pickers to obtain in the online mode information on structure of pick lists with reflection of data on existence of parts in a warehouse and an order of a bypass of racks when completing will be used" — Sergey Ostrikov, the head of the Omsk Competence Center according to solutions PARUS for mechanical engineering comments on perspectives of development of the project.
