Temrezov Rasheed Borispiyevich is Governor of Karachayevo-Circassia (it is chosen for a period of March 1, 2011 till March 1, 2016). Deputy of People's Assembly (Parliament) of Karachay-Cherkessia of the IV convocation. Member of the United Russia Party.

Biography

The autonomous area, RSFSR, the USSR was born on March 14, 1976 in Cherkessk, Karachay-Cherkess.

Education

1998 - graduated from the Moscow open social university on specialties "Finance and Credit" and "Management".

Career

After the termination of university worked in the sales department of JSC Karachaevo-Cherkessknefteprodukt, was the commercial director of construction management, the head of department of a production and technology complete set of JSC Sevkavgidroenergostroy. Directed own enterprise for production of metalplastic windows.

Since 2004 - the CEO of Republican public institution "Management of capital construction of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic".

Since 2004 - the CEO of JSC Electrotechnical Company.

Since September 21, 2004 - was a member of a republican tender committee of Karachay-Cherkessia.

2007 - it is elected the chairman of the board of regional department of political party "Just Russia: The homeland - Pensioners - Life". Afterwards^[1] was detached by order of Sergey Mironov].

Since 2009 - the deputy of People's Assembly (Parliament) of Karachay-Cherkessia of the IV convocation^[2].

Since 2009 - enters a reserve of administrative staff, being under patronage of the President of the Russian Federation^[3].

Since January 12, 2010 - the chief of "Management of Federal Highways in the territory of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic of Federal Road Agency" federal state institution.

On February 26, 2011 - it is appointed the acting president of Karachay-Cherkessia instead of the resigned Boris Ebzeev. Its appointment was apprehended in Karachay-Cherkessia ambiguously and, according to the member of Public council of North Caucasus federal district Inal Gashokov, "was alarming in society". A part of the population regarded Temrezov's appointment as return to the power of influential, but criminal clan of the former president Mustafa Batdyev.

February 28, 2011 - The President of Russia submitted his candidate for consideration the deputy of People's Assembly (Parliament) of Karachay-Cherkessia of the IV convocation for granting of power to the head of the republic^[4].

On March 1, 2011 - it is unanimously confirmed by deputies of Parliament of Karachay-Cherkessia to the post of the President of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.

Since April 7, 2011 - the Governor of Karachayevo-Circassia.

Public activity

On April 25, 2011 - took part in Evelina Zakamskaya's program "Opinion: North Caucasus. Myths and reality"^[5].

On April 28, 2012 - took part in the television talk show "One Country on All" within the program of State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company Karachay-Cherkessia^[6].

On November 4, 2012 - participated in the horse-racing actions devoted to National Unity Day and the 5 anniversary of republican children's school^[7].

On December 12, 2012 - participated in a traditional meeting of heads of subjects of the North Caucasian Federal District with clubmen of friends of the Caucasus - journalists and editors of the largest Russian news agencies, TV channels and newspapers, correspondents of foreign media^[8].

On March 25, 2013 - "Hour of the earth", within which in all administrative buildings of the republic for an hour lighting and external illumination was extinguished, participated in the international ecological action^[9].
