"Transneft insurance" prepares full-scale start of EDMS

The first block of the large-scale project of business process automation of SK TRANSNEFT Ltd on the basis of EDMS DocsVision is brought into operation, the company integrator in the project - " Reported Syntellect, on March 27, 2013.

Preliminary results

Within the first stage processing of the entering, outgoing and internal correspondence of the company are automated. About 500 employees of head office and territorially remote branches became users of a system.

Start

As a basis of the solution the Docsvision platform is selected. Works on system implementation were performed by Syntellect company.

Implementation is conducted at head office of the company and 20 branches (including - 21 center of insurance) that will create a single system of processing of organizational and administrative documentation, accounting of control of execution of instructions and orders, registration and approvals of documents. Besides, on the basis of the Docsvision system it is necessary to automate work of a tender committee on carrying out purchases, to create reporting system of approval of documents and execution of instructions, uniform electronic archive.

At the second stage business process automation on settlement of losses at different types of insurance is supposed: proprietary insurance, liability insurance, AVTOKASKO, insurance of the CMTPL, including direct settlement of losses, VHI voluntary medical insurance, accidents insurance, insurance of the going abroad (GA).

The expected annual volume of the documents passing through a system — about 300 thousand units of the general document flow and 50 thousand cases on settlement of losses.

Integration of EDMS with other information systems of IT infrastructure of the company is planned.
