The MSKIV branch works with a cloud enterprise management system

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project on creation of a system of management in trade branch of MSKIV company on the basis of the solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine" using a cloud service, the press service of integrator reported on March 27, 2013.

Background

Due to business development its owners had a need for automation of a number of business processes.

For a specific objective of ensuring enterprise management the guide of the customer made the decision - to use possibilities of lease of the software product, assuming work in a system through a cloud service.

Solution

As the supplier the company "is selected by 1C: The first BIT".

Application of a cloud service provided:

• use of a common information space for joint work of staff of different divisions of the company.
• possibility of remote work in a system from any computer in which there is an access to the Internet.
• cost optimization on activity automation: there is no need for acquisition of the program, its installation and the subsequent maintenance.
• possibility of regulation of costs and expansion of scales of automation depending on relevant requirements of the enterprise: the quantity of jobs and the used resources is possible with ease and in the shortest possible time to change.
• security and additional data protection by means of regular backup.
