TVK-6 channel (BIT: Finance for 1C: Accounting 8)

Company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project on implementation of software "BIT: Finance" in TVK-6 TV company, the press service of the company reported on March 27, 2013.

Start

Hoping for business improving competitiveness the management of TV channel made the decision on creation of a new information system which would allow to upgrade processes of management of business processes. As the partner in implementation the company "is selected by 1C: The first BIT".

Implementation

In a project deliverable:

• the mechanism of control of work of managers of client department and management of transactions with clients is implemented;
• using the solution "BIT. Finance" was succeeded to pass to the electronic system of approval of budgets and requests for a funds expenditure;
• accountant officers got rid of need of work with managers regarding providing cash flow statements;
• need of data transfer from different programs disappeared – all work in a single system;
• the regulated reporting and reports for the management form much quicker.

TOP MANAGEMENT received the convenient tool for acceptance of effective management decisions.
