The Vitebsk broiler poultry farm stakes on innovations and in passing implements EDMS

The project on creation of an electronic document management system Electronic CASE is implemented in production of JSC Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Farm, the Electronic Case company integrator reported on March 28, 2013.

Approach

Dynamic development of the company, expansion of factory and retail chain stores led to growth of volume of document flow and decrease in efficiency of information exchange between divisions. For the solution of these problems at the enterprise of such scale the modern workflow system capable to ensure functioning in uniform base of twenty remote divisions was required.

The management of poultry farm made the decision on automation of work with documents in 2012. Based on the held competition EDMS "Electronic DELO" was selected.

Solution

The stage of implementation was preceded by inspection of the workflow system of the organization, installation and setup of necessary hardware and the software. The implementation project of EDMS came to the end within two months.

Result

150 employees of the enterprise became users of a system. The single system of registration of correspondence is created, work with draft documents, their approval and a statement in electronic form is adjusted, scanning of the arrived paper documents is provided.

Since January, 2013 a system is put into operation. In three months of work of steel the first results are visible: except obvious benefits from reduction of paper document flow a system allowed to unify accounting and control of execution of documents, to increase quality of the made management decisions, to strengthen performing discipline and to accelerate information exchange.
